As usual, unpack into PSPad directory
Requirements:
Needs PSPad build 2247 or later

- Download PSPadForU3.zip and extract to c:\
- Put all PSPad files on c:\Device\PSPad
- Compress with Winzip:

c:\Manifest
- Rename your zip file to PSPadForU3.u3p
- Install on U3
